05.07.19: No Booze for You
This week, we are without John Miles, but it's OK! We make it through by discussing DABC's recent decision to deny businesses like Social Axe Throwing here in Ogden a beer license, the differences between Sen. Mike Lee's and Sen. Mitt Romney's responses to the Mueller Report
Listen to it here:
One of These Senators is Not Like the Other
The response from our senators to the Mueller Report and subsequent testimonies in Congress has been interesting to say the least. Sen. Romney has stated that he'd like to hear from Mueller in a committee hearing, while Sen. Lee has used his recent book tour as a platform to defend the President and push back on any further action in the case.
Below are two links that document the varied responses from each:

The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (DABC) ruled against allowing Social Axe Throwing's Ogden location and Heart & Seoul Karaoke's applications for beer licenses last week, citing coming changes to the liquor laws passed in the recent legislative session. But, small government though, right?
