Updated: Oct 30, 2019

For years, if you want to know what's hip and happening in Ogden, you go to one place: Indie Ogden. So, we decided to get new Editor-in-Chief Dan Mathews on the show to talk about the team leading Indie Ogden in to the future and what they're planning (Hint: It involves more concerts, more art, and lots of collaboration). Plus, we chat about a recent ruling on the unconstitutional 2010 gang injunction in Ogden and the potential cost to Weber county. And, some Pinkies Up, Thumbs Down, along with Upcoming Events.

Injunction Junction: Gang Injunction Found to Violate Civil Liberties

A federal judge ruled in favor of two Ogden men and the ACLU this week seeking damages for the violation of their civil liberties as part of the now-defunct 2010 gang injunction in Ogden City.

In 2013, the Utah Supreme Court found the injunction to be unconstitutional and threw it out.
