James Ebert in Hot Water Again

News broke this week that former County Commissioner James Ebert would be taking his retirement benefit after 23 years as a Riverdale Police Officer. What's wrong with that? There appears to be a bit of musical chairs that allowed him to retire with his commissioner salary as a base.
